Today is my blog’s 4th birthday! I’ve made a lot of changes since I started this blog – it’s been known as Katie’s Never Listless (I thought that was so clever), Messy Marginalia, and now its current incarnation is The Cozy Burrow. I’ve gone from focusing on just book reviews (which I’m not very good at) to a variety of things that I love. I really enjoy waking up early every morning to squeeze in a few minutes to write about things that make me excited. It’s eclectic and a bit whiny – just like me!
I am so happy with this little space. Thank you all for humoring me and being so kind. I’m not sure that I’d have the gumption to keep this up without all of the friendships that I’ve made, so again: thank you!
I’m hoping this next year of blogging is just as fulfilling for my spirit. I hope I continue to meet kindred spirits who understand my absurdities! And I’m looking forward to learning about so many different things from all of my blogger friends. Here’s to another year!

I agree – perfect name! It’s appealing, and I also think it’s expressive of what you describe and what I think you have in common with many of us – that sense of this happy little place on the internet that belongs to you, where you can put thing you enjoy and meet people who share that enjoyment. Very cozy!
