Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve linked up with a Top 10 Tuesday from the Broke and the Bookish, but I couldn’t resist joining in today. It’s a holiday freebie and I’m sharing my top ten gifts for a bookish friend! Or a bookish spouse, because some of these are pricey y’all. But I always want the things that I absolutely cannot have, so let the gushing commence!
Novel Tea by Bag Ladies Tea – these are fun little tea bags with literary quotes. I received a package for Christmas a couple of years ago and adored it – the tea is delicious and the quotes are like dipping your soul into, well, warm tea.
L is for Library Tote – from Bas Bleu. Isn’t this just the perfect bag to take to and fro the library?
ANY of the Mr. Boddington Penguin Classics:
And while we’re talking about beautiful books, take a look at these beautiful Jane Austen sets. First up is from Juniper Books:
And second is from Penguin Classics:
Interested in more than just Jane? How about a Penguin Classics Set of 30 Decorative Books?
How about a Bronte boxed set?
For the special young ones in your life, take a look at the Puffin Hardcover Classics Box Set, which includes A Little Princess, Anne of Green Gables, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, The Secret Garden, The Wind in the Willows, and Peter Pan.
There are those of us that dream of working in a library and are insanely jealous of those that do. If you have a friend like that, consider The Personal Library Kit – everything you need to play librarian in the privacy of your own home. (I won’t tell anyone about your new toys, I promise.) Can’t you just see yourself stamping those library cards?
And all of the candles in Book Lovers’ Collection at Frostbeard Studio look divine, but I’m most interested in Christmas at the Burrow. I don’t know if I’ve ever shared that I want to be Mrs. Weasley when I grow up – but it’s true. The Burrow seems so cozy and loving, which is exactly what I want my children to feel.
Happy Holidays, dear friends. Books will see us through, I just know it! :*
I love all of the bound book sets, they’re all so beautiful!

4 septembre 2008 Bon, j&qt;uorarrêse. Mon ophtalmo vient de me dire que j’ai perdu 2/10 en deux jours. Non franchement, je n’y arrive pas. Pourtant je louche comme il faut… Tant pis… Je ne pourrais pas avoir la classe…
